Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 2023/24
Introduction
This statement is made by OSY Group on behalf of the entire OSY Group of companies, noting for the purposes of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
OSY Group acknowledges the prevalence of modern slavery in the world today. OSY Group is committed to driving out acts of modern-day slavery and human trafficking within the various active industry sectors, wherever it may exist. OSY Group acknowledges its responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services and all those who make up the supply chain within OSY Group.
OSY Group operates within various industry sectors in several countries predominantly throughout the European Union (EU) and the UK. Depending on the geographical location and industry sector, OSY Group provides chemicals, technical services, project management, and maintenance services.
OSY Group is committed to acting with integrity in all its dealings, relationships, and supply chains, and takes a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. Hidden labour exploitation is unacceptable in our or any other industry.
To support this commitment, OSY Group will be developing policies, guidelines, training, monitoring and review mechanisms to inform our employees and suppliers of the values we expect to be upheld while employed or dealing with OSY Group.
Supply Chain
The OSY Group Code of Conduct sets out the Group’s commitment to acting ethically and with integrity towards our employees and in all our business relationships. People must be treated with respect, and, whether employees or supply chain, properly compensated for the work they undertake.
OSY Group have also implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines OSY Group’s principles on ethical procurement. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out OSY Group’s expectations of those who provide goods or services to the Group to ensure they meet applicable legal and ethical standards, including human rights and minimum labour standards.
OSY Group is committed to consistently improving its communication of these policies and guidelines to its staff and supply chain partners. OSY Group will ensure that the publishing of each Modern Slavery Statement is used as an opportunity to create further awareness of modern slavery and each employees’ obligations in respect of same.
OSY Group’s supply chain includes companies and/or goods from outside the EEA and UK. Imported goods from sources outside these territories are potentially more at risk of slavery and human trafficking issues. The level of management control required for these supply sources will be continually monitored in line with our procurement and compliance procedures. OSY Group will review, where necessary, the controls that the suppliers have in place to mitigate against the risk of slavery and human trafficking in their organisation.

OSY Group acknowledges the exceptional quality of its clientele and their dedicated efforts to function as conscientious and accountable corporate members, addressing various concerns, notably those outlined by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and comparable legislations in the regions of our operations. Through their agreements, they set forth rigorous benchmarks that hold OSY Group to the utmost standards concerning these matters—a commitment we embrace with pride and unwavering adherence.
Compliance
OSY Group continually assesses and monitors potential risks in our supply chain and adheres to strict risk assessment procedures for all new suppliers.
OSY Group makes its policies available to all employees, communicating on any relevant changes or updates. To support these policies, OSY Group will look to provide appropriate training to our employees to ensure business is conducted in an honest, ethical and professional manner. OSY Group will also be looking to implement a robust reporting mechanism for employees and external stakeholders to report any improper or unethical behaviour. OSY Group will look to maintain and update the policy annually in order to make sure all points remain relevant.
